Dear Yoga Enthusiasts,
I want to thank everyone for helping to make Yoga On The Block successful this past month! Classes are going well. As winter arrives and the days get shorter, I am moving my Wednesday 6-7 pm Yoga Class to afternoons. This class will be at 1:00 pm beginning next Wednesday, October 5 and will be "Stretching and Strengthening with Gentle Yoga". The class will be for all levels. Please bring light hand weights (2-3 lbs.). All other class times remain the same.
Here is what our new Yoga On The Block Schedule looks like at present:
4:45-5:45 pm Yoga Flow with Martha
6-7 pm Gentle Yoga with Chair Adaptations with Ann
1:00-2:00 pm Stretching and Strengthening with Gentle Yoga with Martha *NEW
4:45-5:45 pm Yoga Flow with Ann
4:45:5:45pm Yoga Flow with Ann
6:15-7:15 pm Zumba with Margaret
