Thea Sloan - Yoga Instructor
Thea Sloan is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher who brings a love of traditional yoga and philosophy into every class. Her teaching is rooted in Hatha yoga, weaving breath, alignment, and mindfulness to create an atmosphere that is both grounding and uplifting. She encourages students to explore yoga as a path of presence, balance, and self-discovery.
Based in Murphysboro with her partner and three cats, Thea draws inspiration from both quiet moments and life’s adventures. She enjoys biking through her community, traveling to experience different cultures, rescuing wildlife, and cherishing time with family. To Thea, yoga extends beyond the mat—it’s a way of approaching life with curiosity, compassion, and connection.
