This is a hybrid class the begins with stretching and strengthening exercises using exercise bands, balls and light hand weights. Both the upper and lower body are worked for 30 minutes. The second half of the class utilizes gentle Yoga poses and ends with breathing and relaxation.

After Work Flow

This lively class synchronizes the movements of the breath with a dynamic sequence of connected tai-chi and yoga postures, which are joined together in a smooth, slow, and flowing way, almost like a dance. Through movement sequences, we strengthen, improve coordination and balance, and enhance flexibility. Adaptations and modifications of all movements are offered so students of any experience level can participate.

This class is an all levels Vinyasa flow class designed to encourage yogis to find play within this flow. Yogis will flow through a series of foundational poses while setting their intention for their day. Match breath to movement and tune in to self and explore what it means to find freedom on the mat.

Yoga is the yolking or joining of dualities in body, mind and spirit in order to transcend and experience the oneness at the heart of existence. In this practice yogis will find their edge by holding poses for longer periods of time to find patience and explore heart space and find what it means to expand and grow through slight discomfort.

Kick off your weekend with a class where we’ll combine our breath with gentle moving flow, and some modified postures (asanas). We’ll offer a bit of "strength training" to our muscles and joints while also improving our balance, range of motion, flexibility, agility, and coordination! Perfect for seniors, beginners, and those recovering from injury or returning to practice.
